Next Level Outdoor Fitness is an effective, enjoyable, structured group workout experience. Each class begins with a self-paced warm-up run followed by a workout that combines strength, cardiovascular endurance, and core training.
Your Workout Schedule
We know you are busy, so we host classes to fit your crazy lifestyle. So there are no excuses!
- Monday - Friday 6:00 - 7:00 am at Spring Hill Rec
- Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays 8:30 - 9:30 am at Charity Baptist Church
- Tuesdays / Thursday / Fridays 7:30 - 8:30 am at Charity Baptist Church
- Saturdays 8:00 - 9:00 am at Charity Baptist Church

All activities are structured and monitored to ensure that you have a workout that meets your level of fitness.
What To Bring To Class
A mat, free weights that are comfortable for you,
and some water.
