Next Level Outdoor Fitness
Next Level Fitness is an effective, enjoyable, structured group workout experience.
Each class begins with a self-paced warm-up run followed by a workout that combines strength, cardiovascular endurance, and core training.
Next Level Fitness Class is based upon the principles of motivation, teamwork, and self-discipline.
Weekly routine
Monday: Lower body / core
Tuesday: Upper body
Wednesday: Lower body and/or cardio training
Thursday: Upper body
Friday: Cardio training
Saturday (optional): Full body workout
Sunday (optional): Long run downtown, optional marathon training
What you should bring:
A mat, free weights that are comfortable for you, and some water.
Next Level Fitness is for all fitness levels.
All activities are structured and monitored to ensure that you have a workout that meets your level of fitness.
